* Associated of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology - Graduated in August 2005
* Bachelor's of Science in Radiation Therapy - Graduated August 2006 in top 1/3 of class with a GPA of 3.85 and was inducted into the Lambda Nu honor society.
Amateur Rodeo Achievements
In 1994 and 96, Cassie participated in the 13 and younger division at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She finished 4th one year and 2nd the other year. She also mentioned that she also got to ride in the Houston Astrodome, "which for a kid was amazing."
Cassie also participated in youth rodeos such as YRA and TYRA. During this time, she won 4 trailers and 25 saddles and a box full of buckles.
She also competed in High School Rodeo - Region VII in Wharton, Texas - where she won Rookie of the Year, an All Around Saddle, and made it to the state finals in Abilene all 4 years.

2007
- Bought permit and went to a 26 rodeos.
- Championships at Guymon, OK, Silver City NM, Lovington NM, Lawton OK, Abilene TX, Enid OK, Carlsbad NM, 1st and 2nd round Las Cruces
- Reserve Championships at Flagstaff AZ, 2nd round Dodge City KS
- 2nd in the Turquoise Circuit
- Won Rookie in Turquoise Circuit
- Ended up 2nd for rookie of the year.

2008
Went to 59 rodeos and qualified for her first WNFR
- Championships at Waco TX, Clovis NM, Garden City KS, 1st round Dodge City KS
- Reserve Championships at Denver CO, 2nd round Ft Worth, Lubbock TX, Vernon TX, Lovington NM, Moses Lake WA, Sinton TX
- 3rd in the NFR Texas Circuit
- Won the WPRA Texas Circuit
- Won the 2nd round at the finals
- Placed 2nd in rounds 1, 4, 7
- Places in 8 out of 10 rounds
- Made the NFR in 2008 ended up 4th in the world and 4th in the average at the NFR
- Ended up 4th in the average and 4th in the world
